Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules that apply when you access or use zeta-system.net (the “Site”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. General standards

You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, anyone else. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or collect data or content from the Site using automated means, or republish or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission;
• introduce or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Site;
• impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through denial-of-service activity;
• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
• use the Site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

3. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Site are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to Zeta System LLC. You may not use them except as expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and may take any action we consider appropriate, including restricting or suspending your access to the Site, removing content, and reporting activity to law enforcement or other authorities where warranted. We may do so without prior notice where necessary to protect the Site or others.

5. Reporting

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP or any security concern, please report it to office@zeta-system.net.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
