Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of zeta-system.net (the “Site”) and the information made available through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Zeta System LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that provides strategic advisory services to businesses (“Zeta System,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility and business use

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives, not for individual consumers. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are accessing it for business purposes.

3. Informational purpose only

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes about Zeta System and our services. It does not constitute professional, investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to enter into any transaction. Advisory services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement, and nothing on the Site creates an advisory, fiduciary, or other relationship between you and Zeta System.

4. No investment or financial advice

We do not provide investment or financial advice, do not recommend the purchase or sale of securities, commodities, or other financial instruments, do not manage or custody client funds, and do not execute transactions on behalf of clients. Please see our Disclaimer for important details.

5. Engagements

Any provision of services by Zeta System is subject to a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, and terms of the engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls with respect to the services.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content - including text, graphics, logos, and the design and structure of the Site - together with our methodology and the Zeta System model, are owned by or licensed to Zeta System LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

8. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Zeta System LLC, its members, or its personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeta System LLC and its members and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeta System regarding the Site.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
