- Are you an investment adviser?
- No. We are a strategic advisory firm. We do not provide investment or financial advice, do not manage funds, and do not transact for clients. We advise on a company's own business and operational decisions.
- What kinds of decisions do you support?
- Staffing, fleet, leasing, energy and raw-material procurement timing, and capacity expansion, among others.
- Do you reveal how the model works?
- No. The methodology is confidential. Clients receive the recommendation and the key risk factors, not the formula.
- Do you use AI?
- Yes, as an execution layer to gather and organize market data. Recommendations remain human-directed.
- Who do you work with?
- Medium-to-large U.S. manufacturers (B2B only). We do not serve individuals.
- How do engagements work?
- A fixed monthly retainer under a written agreement, billed by invoice.
- How do you handle confidentiality?
- We do not publish client names or testimonials; discretion is part of the service.
